About Your Special Occasion Appointment

Appointment Only
- We work by appointment only to ensure that you have our full attention and sufficient time to give you the best shopping experience possible.
- We will confirm your appointment with you via phone call or text prior to your appointment.
Appointment time: 1 hour
- Please note that arriving late will effect the remaining time in your scheduled appointment. We want to ensure to give you the full shopping experience and showing late will prevent us from serving you best! We cannot extend this scheduled appointment time in respect to the following appointment.
Guest count
- We encourage you to bring just the most important people with you to be a part of your shopping experience. Please keep in mind that we are most likely accommodating multiple appointments at a time and can provide seating for limited guests.
- We do not allow children under 12 years old to attend appointments. Due to liability & safety reasons, we cannot allow children to be present.

Bridesmaids
- Bridesmaids dresses typically take a minimum of 4 months ordering time. We do offer a rush charge if needed in a shorter time frame.
- To place a bridesmaid order, we require a deposit of half of the total cost of the dress.
Mothers
- Mothers gowns on average take 4-6 months to place a special order. Please make sure to allow time for shopping so that you can see all possible options for special ordering.
- If your time frame doesn’t allow for special ordering we do keep a large selection for purchasing off the floor. We want to make sure you have a dress no matter how quickly you need one!
- We require a deposit of half of the total cost to place a special order.
Prom
- $100 deposit is required to start layaway on your dress.
- We do not place special orders on prom dresses. We keep a large selection of dresses to give you great options to look at, purchase, and take home with you that day!
We do not have a seamstress in house, but we do always provide you with a list of local seamstresses!
